Hello and welcome!

We need a little more information to understand what’s going on.
Does the issue persist after a reboot? Does the corresponding example work?
It’d be also terrific to see the output of sudo i2cdetect -y 1. The latter helps looking into such problems as it shows the addresses of discoverable devices on the I2C bus.

This issue persist after a reboot.I tried it many times.I may succeed when I continue about 30 times.
And the following is a result of i2cdetect -y 1

Are you using our Real-time Linux image?

No.I use normal raspbian 4.0.9
Should I use Real-time Linux?
